Payment Updates

This update only affects customers who have not placed an online order since before January 2023.

New customers and anyone who has placed an order since, should not be affected.

As part of an update to allow us to offer both Opayo (SagePay) and PayPal payment solutions, it was required that both first and last "name fields" be separated during checkout.

Previous cookies held on your device, no longer complete your details to match this new format, the effect being you find you cannot get past the name and address page. Once those old cookies are cleared you should have no issue.

Search your device browser for any cookies held for Bowsports and delete them, this will fix this issue going forward.
