Our sales staff are all experienced archers who are more than happy to assist you in finding the right equipment and setup to suit your needs.

    These terms and conditions confirm the legal terms (Terms) on which we will sell the products (Products) listed on our website (our site).

    Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Website Use, Delivery Information and Charges and Cookies Policy form part of these Terms and where applicable hyperlinks to this information is set out within these Terms.

    These Terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products (Contract). Please read them carefully and make sure that you understand them before you place your order. You should also print a copy of these Terms for your future reference.

    Your right to access and use of our site is subject to our Terms of Website Use.

    How We Use Your Personal Information

    We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read this policy carefully and make sure that you understand it.

    How the Contract Is Formed Between Us

    Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

    After you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it (Order Acknowledgement). However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.

    Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellations, Returns and Refunds policy (see below) or we have contacted you to confirm that we are unable to accept your order, our acceptance of your order will occur automatically on the earlier of the date we deliver the Products to you or 7 days following the date we send our Order Acknowledgement e-mail. The Contract between us will only be formed at this time.

    We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason and no order will be accepted until payment is received in full for all Products and any related delivery charges.

    All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any of the Products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.

    How to Pay

    You can only pay for Products ordered on our site by debit or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron debit cards and PayPal.

    Payment for Products (including delivery charges) will be debited from your payment card at the time of placing your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted and, if for any reason, your order is not accepted or we are unable to supply the Products you have ordered a full refund will be issued.

    Price of Products

    The prices displayed on our site are largely the same as our in-store prices. However, we may offer different prices for Products purchased from our site to those in store. These prices may be higher or lower than in our stores and our stores are under no obligation to match the prices quoted on this site, likewise this site is under no obligation to match in-store prices.

    We take care to ensure that the prices of Products on our site are correct. However, due to the large number of Products on our site it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of them may be incorrectly priced. We normally verify Product prices following receipt of an order and if we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to you to give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

    Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a pricing error, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price even if we have failed to notify you that we do not accept your order within 7 days of our sending our Order Acknowledgement.

    The price of all Products includes VAT (where applicable) but does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time (see Delivery section below).

    We have made every effort to make the information contained on this website as accurate as possible, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided.

    In the event of a pricing error, BowSports will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

    We also reserve the right to make any adjustments to our pricing to take into account any increase in product costs or the imposition of any taxes or duties.

    If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to either back order the item or offer an alternative.If an item needs to be ordered and you do not wish to proceed we will simply request an e-mail to confirm your cancellation.

    Once item(s) arrive in stock for you, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly to account for any cost changes that may have taken place during this period, at this point, any price changes would then be notified prior to dispatch, so you can choose to proceed or cancel.

    Making a Purchase
    We have tried to make online shopping as easy as possible, Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

    The contract between us

    We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.

    Acknowledgement of your order

    To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.

    We accept credit card payments via our totally secure on-line facility. If you are an international customer, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

    We've always worked hard to make sure that your online shopping experience with BowSports is safe and secure and never stop looking for ways of making it even better. That's why we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for our credit and debit card customer payments.

    You may already be using these services when you shop online. If so, just enter your usual password to complete your payment. If, however, these services are new to you, just follow the simple instructions when you are asked to register.

    Shipping And Handling

    Delivery charges are shown at the checkout, our system calculates shipping costs based on the physical weight of your order, once packed if we are able to save money on postage, we will pass on these savings on to you.

    All orders which total £50+ (before postage) only ship with tracked delivery services, if you select standard delivery, we will need to contact you to arrange payment balance to cover this service.

    For orders shipped to the EU

    As the UK is no longer a member of the EU, you will not pay VAT. Instead, you will pay your local VAT at the point of delivery.

    You may also be charged on delivery duty and customs fees if applicable.

    Please note, if you refuse or do not pay these charges, what happens next is out of our control.

    If the parcel is returned to us without any additional charges, we will refund you the original cost of goods, excluding the shipping charge.

    If we incur additional costs to recover the goods, this cost will be deducted from the refund value.

    If we are unable to recover the goods, no refund will be given.

    For international destinations our system still calculates costs, but due to restrictions placed by many carriers regarding size and weight of packages, charges can vary by location, in which case we will contact you prior to despatch to agree any changes in delivery cost.

    Generally most orders are shipped with Royal Mail and My Hermes, large or heavy packages will ship with a courier such as Parcel Force or FedEx.

    We suggest if you know you are going to be out, either to arrange delivery to a business or work address. Please note should you wish to arrange an alternative delivery address after we have shipped your order there may be a surcharge.

    If you wish to use your own shipping agent, please send us an email with all the details and we will organise your delivery through them.

    Delivery Schedule

    As a guide orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days Mon-Fri (excluding Wednesdays and Bank Holidays), Custom order items typically take 10-21 days to dispatch unless otherwise stated.

    We do our best to keep items marked as "available" in stock, but please note stock levels are not live - If urgent or travelling to our showroom, always call or email so we can confirm availability.

    To find out when you will receive your order, you need to consider the order processing time and the shipping method you've selected, such as Standard or Tracked Service.

    We process orders as they arrive, meaning regardless of delivery option selected, including click and collect, online orders are treated the same.

    Please Note:

    We use the services of third party couriers for shipping, and whilst we make every effort to dispatch orders within our guidelines, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery if couriers fail to perform as expected.

    If a parcel does not arrive when you expect it, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 01902 791891, we can then contact the courier and let you know what is happening. Refusing delivery will incur extra costs which you will need to cover in full.

    Standard delivery services (including Recorded First Class) can take up to 15 working days (mon-fri) for delivery, Tracked delivery is often delivered within 48 hours once dispacted Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays), important to note none of these services are time guaranteed. If you wish to have delivery time guaranteed please call 01902 791891 prior to placing any order for available options and costs.

    Click & Collect

    As an alternative to having your order delivered, you can now order anything online and pick up from our centrally located Wolverhampton showroom.

    Step 1 - Add your items to basket and head to checkout

    Step 2 - Choose Click&Collect (Terms)

    Next, allowing for the indicated despatch time, look out for an e-mail from us stating your order is ready to collect.

    Once you have had this e-mail, all we ask is that you bring along a copy of your internet order and your order will be ready and waiting for you!

    UK Mainland Delivery Schedule:

    Once you receive an e-mail stating your order has shipped you should expect the following delivery times:

    Standard Delivery - Usually 2-3 days (mon-fri), allowing up to 15 days under current delivery terms.

    Tracked Delivery - 1-2 days (mon-fri) delivery service for mainland UK, 3-4 working days for most other destinations.

    If for any reason your order has not arrived within the expected time, simply drop us an email and we give you the online tracking Number.

    Back/Special Orders

    If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to either back order the item or offer an alternative.
    If an item needs to be ordered and you do not wish to proceed we will simply request an e-mail to confirm your cancellation.

    All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the respective manufacturers and/or distributors. We do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise. No items are sent out on a "trial" basis.
    The warranty period between BowSports and the customer is strictly 12 month's from invoice purchase date, regardless of any warranty replacements.

    Returns Policy

    BowSports strive to give all our customers complete satisfaction on your purchase.

    Should you be unhappy with a product that you have received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

    Importantly: Do not send anything back to us without speaking to us first!

    Most items are eligible for return, exchange/credit note or full refund within our Return Policy (see Terms & Conditions).

    Please note - that some products & services are exempt, and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun.

    Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturers original specifications by your request.

    These include, but are not limited to, arrow and arrow shafts cut to your length, fletching of arrows, fitting of points and custom made bowstrings, items which have been used, installed, packaging defaced or are in a non re-sellable condition as new also DVD's may not be returned if unsealed, unless found faulty.

    About postage costs (UK ONLY)

    If your item arrived faulty or fails within 30 days, we will also refund your return postage costs*.

    *Postage method must be agreed in advance, IN WRITING by BowSports.

    If you send back items using a more expensive service, then we will not refund any extra costs.

    How To Return Unwanted Goods

    If you are returning eligible goods for exchange or credit/refund, please package your goods safely and securely and use the original packaging. There are a number of ways to return items back to us and we recommend the following options:

    Please Note: This service carries a maximum insurance cover of £20 per parcel. If the value of your return item(s) is greater and you don't take out extra cover, realise this service can only be used at the risk to you the sender not BowSports.

    Return by Recorded Post:

    If you are independently returning items we recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail (postal service) recorded delivery for smaller items.

    Please Note: We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on the way from you to us.

    Independent Drop Off To Our Showroom:

    In order to enhance our customer services any customer who is prepared to travel to our showroom for any of the following are welcome. Faulty Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Credit Notes. Subject to T&C's below.

    For all exchange drop-off returns, you will need to notify us of your return by email or by calling us on 01902 791891.

    If you are dropping off your goods for exchange we will be able to process the exchange on the day (Monday-Friday between 10.00am & 5pm. (excluding Bank Holidays, Saturday & Sundays). If there are any stock issues on new goods we will process your return and forward the new items via our courier service.

    If you are dropping off new goods for a refund you will be given a return confirmation slip and the return will be processed through our standard returns for refund process subject to our T&C's. Any faulty goods can be dropped off and left with us for inspection and forward to the relevant supplier for resolve. Please note: we are unable to resolve any faulty complaints on the same day as the goods are dropped off, our standard faulty goods return process applies.

    Faulty Or Incorrect Items

    In the event that your item has developed a fault or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you are a UK customer and your item has developed a fault within 60 days of the purchase date, we will arrange a MyHermes ParcelShop service at our cost.

    Any faulty items that fall outisde of the 60 day policy are to be returned at the owners cost under CRTBW (customer return to base warranty).

    Once we have received your faulty return, it will processed as quickly as possible and deliver your replacement item via an express service. Faulty items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer and can take up to 28 working days for this process before any resolution can be made.

    If the item you returned is not considered faulty through inspection, it is the customers responsibility to incur the postage cost to return the items back.

    Please Note: All faulty items must be received back to us within the manufactures warranty period that is allocated to each specific product and no faulty returns will be accepted outside of the warranty period.

    Transport & Labour Costs

    Within the 60 day period we also include any labour costs, after this labour may be charged.

    Items carrying a lifetime warranty to original owner, all transport and labour costs to be charged.

    Conditions Of Refunds

    Upon receipt of your original order commencing the very next day, you have a 14 day period to notify us that you would like to return eligible* items for a refund. This period includes weekends and bank holidays. Please note, the refund policy only applies to the original purchase and does not cover exchanges that fall outside the refund Terms & Conditions. Exchanges that are returned within our exchange policy will be issued with a credit note less any postage charges that have been incurred by BowSports relating to the original request for exchange (exchanges are not a new contract of purchase).

    Procedure Of Notification

    You must notify us prior to your return by emailing Items returned must be eligible for a full refund within the guidelines of our Terms & Conditions. Once your email has been sent, items must be received back within 7 days for UK and European customers.

    Please Note: This notifcation process is accepted by email only.

    Terms for Return, Exchange, Credit Note or Refund

    We offer a 14 day exchange or credit note return from the date of order. Any eligible* items you wish to return for size or style must be received back no later than the 7 days. Alternatively we offer a return for credit note which will be issued upon return to the value of the goods that can later be used to purchase goods within a time frame.

    All items returned must be in the exact condition as received, with all labels attached and in the original packaging, the items must not contain any outside odours which includes the odour from cigarette smoking. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will either be returned back or possibly allocated a partial or full credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods within a time frame.
